Phase 1: In-Plant Training

Learn the fundamentals in a controlled shop environment. Trainees receive step-by-step instruction from experienced ONYX trainers, with time to practice using our molds and equipment. All training is supported with take-home materials and reference literature.

Phase 2: On-Escalator Training

Once the basics are mastered, we move into real-world conditions. Trainees learn how to complete a field splice directly on an escalator — with live support and coaching from our technicians.
